Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery:
– Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Return and Exchange:
– Returns of the products on sale on our website are not accepted, but they can be exchanged. You can change the size and model once only within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
– If you cannot find a suitable model for replacement, you can request an online code that you can use for 1 year.
– To create a change request, you must send an e-mail to degisim@lacommunemagique.com, stating the reason for the change. Be sure to specify your Name - Surname and your order code in the e-mail header section.
– Products sent via e-mail without a change request will NOT be changed.
– Your change request will be answered via e-mail. For the change, our Yurtiçi Kargo customer code will be sent to you along with the information of our head office address.
– There is NO right of return or exchange for products purchased from our store after trying them on.
– If you want to send your package with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Cargo, all shipping costs belong to you.
– You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo branch by typing the Yurtiçi Cargo customer code sent by e-mail. Please have your tracking number with you.
– Once the products we receive are examined for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you again free of charge.
– Exchanges of your online orders are NOT accepted in the store.
– Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with a counter payment.
Exchange Conditions:
– The change process is done only once. Change cannot be made a second time.
– Products that are used, have lost their originality, or have no tags are not exchanged.
– Exchange of products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed in the mold, broken, etc.) is not accepted.
– Exchanges of products that have been tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or a deodorant that may leave a mark are not accepted.
– If included with all products sent, no exchange will be made for free or promotional products sent as part of the order. In order to exchange any product in the set, all products in the set must be sent together. It cannot be changed separately. If only one product in the set is sent, La Commune Magique will not accept the exchange and will only exchange the product if all products are sent.
– The package is under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. Vibe is magic does not assume any responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please make sure that your cargo is well packaged and sent by a trackable, insured company.
